Onboard inspection included the scope of the following,

1. Follow up with previous Internal, External, and Superintendent inspection findings.
2. Maintenance procedure followed onboard and inventory of spares.
3. Condition-based maintenance evaluation.
4. Energy Efficiency measures followed onboard and self-evaluation
5. Hull condition and deck condition evaluation and recommendation for up gradation
6. Cargo hears including deck cranes through examination.
7. Operation check of normal and emergency steering gear.
8. Navigation and communication equipment’s function checks
9. Main Engine, Auxiliary engines, and other auxiliary machinery testing
10. Pollution prevention controls onboard vessel.
11. Lifesaving and firefighting equipment evaluation.
12. Mooring and anchoring procedures and condition

In case the Owners / Managers have a specific checklist or similar form that can be used for inspection.
